FREE USA DELIVERY ON ORDERS $55.00+ offer is based on the shipping merchandise total of your order and the offer applies only to the regular shipping charge of online orders. Any digital download patterns in the shopping cart do not count toward the the Free Shipping merchandise total. The Free Shipping threshold is calculated from the subtotal of your order which will include any discounts and coupons. The Free USA Delivery offer will be by USPS Ground Advantage. |

These are estimates only and some delays can occur such as weather, vehicle breakdowns, aircraft difficulties, and human error. USPS does advise to wait up to 20 days for domestic shipments since delays can occur. This wait time is very rare but has occurred. There have been very few packages lost by USPS and 99% of all packages do arrive. Customers have 2 weeks from the date of shipment to notify us if they do not receive the order. Customers should be expecting their order. We have had customers contact us from 1 month or up to 2 years to tell us they did not receive their order. Note: Priority Mail orders that need to be split shipped will be shipped by Ground Advantage for each shipment.

Digital Download PDF files: There are several places to download digital files once check out is completed. 1 - The last page of the checkout process is the thank you for your order screen. Here the digital pattern names are links which will begin the download. 2 - Customers are sent an email right after checkout where the digital pattern name is a link to begin the download. 3 - If the customer is registered on the website, they can visit their past orders page and the digital pattern names are clickable to begin the download.

Digital files are copyrighted items and therefore designers must protect themselves. Digital Patterns are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. You accept this policy by placing your order for such an item. Customers only have a limited number of attempts and 14 days to download the file to their computer. After this time the link becomes inactive. The customer has 30 days to notify us if they did not download their digital pattern. After that time it will be considered lost. Just like a tangible pattern that is shipped, if it is lost by the customer another pattern would need to be purchased.

TO PROTECT AGAINST FRAUD:
Any order with different Bill To and Ship To information will be held and investigated. If we feel it is not safe for the card holder we will cancel the order with no notification.
Your credit card is only "Authorized" at checkout. Monies are not "Captured" until items ship. However, if you use PayPal, the funds are transferred after placing your order as this is how PayPal works.
Please note that we do not run what is called "Live Inventory" on the website, but we work hard to keep items in stock and we have a system over these 20+ years to track your back order and have it on the way as soon as it arrives.. See how we handle Back Order Orders here
If there are items that require a bulky item charge, this charge will still be applied in your shopping cart regardless of the regular Free Shipping Offer. Any bulky item charges will show on the items description page.
Due to high postage rates and the VAT tax, the only international countries we accept orders from is Canada. (scroll down to see shipping charts)
We exclusively use the United States Postal Service.
Our delivery rates are based on the merchandise total of your order.
Please remember that delivery rates include much more than the Postage Fees for the stamp.
Delivery rates are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
International customers are responsible for any charges their country may impose for importing items.
NOTE - Certain over-size or bulky items may require an additional bulky item surcharge.This charge is in addition to the rates below. Each item affected by this charge will have a notation in its product description area letting you know there is a bulk charge for that item.
