Digital - I Spy Lanterns PDF quilt sewing pattern from Canuck Quilter Designs

Showcase prints--or substitute scrappy pieced blocks for the focus prints--that are set on point to form strings of beautiful lanterns on a dark background. This design was planned to allow prints to shine though and pieced scrappy blocks, crumb blocks or embroidered blocks work beautifully as well. Virtually limitless variations are possible.

All angles are achieved with stitch-and-flip (snowballed corners) construction, creating a complex design while cutting only squares. Changing the block size determines the size of the finished quilt in this single layout pattern.

Pattern includes instructions for BABY and THROW sizes.
