FREE USA SHIPPING is based on the merchandise total of your order and the offer applies only to the regular shipping charge. If you order item(s) that require a bulky item surcharge, you must still pay the bulky item surcharge (but you will not pay the base/regular shipping charge).
Orders normally ship in one to two business days. If your order includes a backordered item, you will be emailed to notify you of the backorder. Most orders with back ordered items will be split shipped with no additional shipping charges. Most back ordered items arrive in 5-10 business days.
