One of the brightest highlights of my trip to Houston this year was that I finally had an opportunity to meet Jake Finch in person. We've shared several emails over the years, but that's never as much fun as meeting someone so talented in person.

JakeFinchPic.jpgJake is a genuinely kind, delightful and beautiful person; not only that, she is an extremely talented lady.

SewThankful has stocked her book Fast, Fun and Easy Book Cover Art since May 2007 when it first was introduced...it's STILL a huge hit today!

Earlier this year Jake had a new book release, Comfort Quilts from the Heart, which is also tremendously popular.

If you click on the picture to the left, you'll notice the green ribbon Jake is wearing says, "MEDIA".  That's because Jake recently became the Managing Editor of Mark Lipinski's Quilter's Home Magazine (a CK Media, LLC publication).  I am so thrilled for Jake & know she will do amazing things for Quilter's Home Magazine. Many CONGRATULATIONS Jake! Keep up the awesome work.  You inspire so many of us.

Indulge yourself in sensuous color & light...delicious flowers and landscapes in textile art...WOW!
