Awesome wrap front apron!
06/11/2020
I have been sewing a lot of masks and aprons during this time of “stay home, stay safe” and I was thrilled to come across these 2 apron patterns, to add to my collection. I love, love, the wrap front pattern so much that I have switched my sewing focus to that pattern. I have not made the criss cross apron yet.
I have lengthened the ties on the wrap front apron so they can be wrapped around the back and tied in the front. I love that it is reversible & I sewed a pocket on front & back. I like to use contrasting fabrics when making aprons. Such a fun pattern and sees up much faster than the previous pattern I was using.
Thrilled!

I am thrilled have this pattern in particular because regular aprons don't protect my clothes from kitchen spatters and dog drool. As an old-fashioned sewist, having the actual pattern to eyeball, then reuse, works very well. The suggestions for "twists" show the wonderful creativity of the designer. This pattern is perfect for gifts, too. I can hardly wait to sew some for my neighbors!
Cute and easy pattern

This is a simple pattern that turns out so cute for this beginner sewer. I was able to use up scraps and upcycle some old makes and create something fun and useful. I used my own square pocket pattern instead of the one in the pattern. I am planning to make a more formal one next with tan linen.
Best pattern

I haven’t had a chance to see it yet but looking forward to it. I have a close friend that needs an apron type garment to wear in assisted living. After looking thru so many patterns i felt your was the best.
Thank you.

I received pattern with much enthusiasm, and have been making this pattern for myself, for both uses I stated above. Plan on making more for others and myself. (Gifts). Thank you for your user friendly pattern.
